After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.


All orders are packaged by ourselves.
We try our best to process all orders within 1 business days of receipt but it can take longer during peak periods.
You’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.


Parcels come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you the day they ship.
International orders are handled by Russian Post until they leave Russia and are trackable here. Once they arrive in your country, your local postal services take over. This means you’ll be able to track your parcel on your local postal services’ website with the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the parcel couldn’t be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office to have further details. Since they are handling your parcel, they would be able to give you informations that we don’t have.

Please note that tracking is active during 60 days so we won’t be able to do anything to help you if you contact us after this period (except for South Africa and Latin America).


In case of exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.

• You can ask for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt

• If your item/items are damaged in the post, please message us with a photo of the damaged goods and we will send out replacements.

• If an item is lost in the post, we ask that you wait 30 working days since the item was dispatched. If it still doesn’t arrive in this time a refund or replacement order will be arranged.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
